Pre painted panels

Seen their logo on a fair few non genuine/spurious panels on ebay.

Its all well and good painting to the factory paint code. However, there are many variants of the same colour, especially on older used cars....i'd be very suprised if they were a perfect colour match everytime.

Metallic and pearlescent colours will be the real test as its very hard to get them matching without blending adjacent panels.

Personally, I wouldn't touch them.

That's what i thought. I used to match and mix paint in a previous job and the amount of variants of one colour code is ridiculous!
