depends on your age really bell direct were good for me

Take a look at First Alternative. No one else i applied to could give me a qoute anywhere near the figure they qouted me.

Direct Line have been best for me for years. I will shop around at renewal though as now I am remapped a specialist insurer may be better.

am 23 and Privilege (you dont have to be posh) were well competitive for me....

low risk area tho (Inverness)

Privilege for me too, I am 36, wife is 30 as named driver S3 225 £360 per year with business use, no one else can get close.

privilege for me also! £650 for me (29) and misses (25) with remap etc declared! Its something like £400 without the mods...

I have phoned everyone else and they cant get close!

Admiral for me. Privilege were close until I mentioned the bodykit???

Try More Than, when we spoke to Admiral (our existing insurer), they had a major problem with the S-Line exterior kit........they told us they wouldn't cover it!!

How did you get round that Missm with the Votex kit?

I found the Audi insurance scheme from the website very good. They cut my renewal from Lloyds TSB in half, and they guarantee Audi-approved bodyshops. Details are on the website.

I was with CIA for 2yrs, TPFT around £350. I got a quote of £517 for FC. Went to eSure.com and they only charged me £370 FC...

Happy Days!!

That's strange... I got the quote from their website where you can list all optional extras including alloys and manufacturer bodykit. Maybe it's because I did it online rather than over the phone - you may have just spoken to the wrong person!!

Try direct choice mate.

Very cheap.

My highest quote was £1200, fully comp with all bells and whistles, £500 with 1 year NCB

try virgin insurance, They dont charge you intrest for paying monthyl /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/1luvu.gif

i just had a quote with them and it beat my current insurance with elephant by £300 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Bell cheapest for me - underwritten by Admiral.
Dont forget to say you drive other cars and put someone down as a named driver - these both lower you premium.

Admiral for me. Elephant was close. First Alternative were v. cheap until I mentioned the bodykit and alloys - where they added £300 to the quote!

Admiral for me too, but only just. Flux were quite competitive until I mentioned I wanted protected no claims.

Was with Zurich for last 2 years. Threatened to change and they only dropped £20, lousy gits. Bye bye then!!

Get yourself a girl friend that works in a insurance company and all your insurance problems are solved .......... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/woohoo.gif

I'm in the process of changing over to Adrian Flux at the moment - i've been with direct line for 5 years and got full protected NCB - the best quote they can do is £780 based on 8000 miles per year.

Phoned adrian Flux for a price check - £500 including mods / alloys etc.

Egg were ridiculously good for me at 25 with full no claims bonus on my a4 v6 tdi quattro.

Fully comp, business use, 20000 miles, me and girlfriend to drive, £450 and interest free for 12 months if paid on egg card.
