Unfortunately for us, today is John's (John @ PB) last day as a Polished Bliss employee. From tomorrow, he will be running a business of his own - there's nothing like jumping out of the frying pan into the fire as they say!
Obviously, this is going to have a short term impact on the day to day running of Polished Bliss, as there is too little time for us to recruit and train a replacement in time for the imminent (busy) spring period. As a result, Angela and I will be running the office and manning the phone for the foreseeable future, taking it in turns in order to retain some time for other tasks such as videoing and forum participation, etc.
As a result, it's almost inevitable that we're going to appear to be less active for a while, even though the exact opposite will be true! However, the most important thing is that we continue to deliver the best possible customer service, so if other things have to give for a while then so be it. This includes open days and car club events too, so unfortunately our plans for these will now be shelved until later in the year.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank John for his hard work and dedication over the last eighteen months, and wish him well in his new venture. Some of you may want to wish him well below. This is your only chance, as from tonight he won't be posting via his John @ PB account again.
