Thread: Steering Wheel Scratch ??

I noticed a load of scratches on the underside of my steering wheel today

It must have been something that i was wearing that was rubbing on it somehow

They look a bit deeper in real life than they do in the pics:











Does anyone have any ideas on how i would fix them?

try some leather cleaner on it might sofen up the leather and rub em out

+1 use some glimptone. look like you are a stressed driver to me ( nail marks?)

My wedding ring occasionally catches the gear knob and steering wheel, and I've never managed to remove the marks. Treating the leather will help disguise it slightly.

This would be a better option:

I thought a leather cleaner would just clean not smooth out the scratches

glimptone do a conditioner that may help but wont make it 100% i use it on my seats
