Thread: Window scratch removal.

Hey guys,

Quick question; is there a way to completely remove/buff-out window scratches? The one's I've got aren't too deep but as the dark night draw in they catch the headlights and become irritating!

There is mate yes, but its a job for a pro as heat generated from machine polishing the glass can warp the laminate layer....

Would also like to know this!

Can be done. look on ebay for a packet of Jewellers rouge its hard work but worth it

Generally if you can lightly run your fingernail over the scratch and it gets hung up then you will have to get it repainted and cleared. Either polish out or you'll have to replace the window. I have used the planet polish glass kit a few times now.
