Products and process help for cleaning S3 sat nav screen & instrument cluster plastic

Any tips on cleaning sat nav screens always goes a bit smeary. Plastic on instrument cluster too has some feint scratches from just cleaning with microfibre. Recommendations for products processes to clean this without causing scratches would be helpful.

Use IPA, dilute down by half. ISOPROPANOL IPA Isopropyl Alcohol 99.9% Pure: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics We use this to wipe down panels during machine polishing. You will only need a fine mist on a MF cloth before wiping the screen
