Repair to interior door card vinyl armrest

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong sxn.

On my A3 door card armrest (where I rest my right arm) there are 3 small cracks in the vinyl.

Is it possible to repair these before they get any bigger? If so, how?

Perfect timing! I was going to ask the exact same thing sometime this week! Now just need to work out how to do it!
 
Found this video on how it can be done. Looks relatively simple, but not sure how much the kit is to buy though.
