i was wondering if a ski port was an optional extra on the audi 90?? i have removed my backseat whilst installing my stereo and noticed what looks like a punch out for a ski port, it doesnt seem to have any structural purpose as it is only held in place with a few smallish meatl tabs wchich look as though they can be removed to remove the panel. Is this correct?? if so how would i go about removing it as i dont want to use an angle grinder so close to the petrol tank!!! the reason i would lik to do this is to allow more bass into the cabin from my stereo. i will try to get pics of what im talking about up asap.
