max power on stock AAN motor

Does anyone know how much power up can a stock AAN motor from URS4 take. I know that, with chip and some small changing can power up at 310PS. Is it safe to power up at 350PS?

Hi

Safe is a relative term, but generally speaking, the engine internals are good for 450 hp with good tuning, if there is a problem and detonation occurs, it can all go pear shaped at less hp

You would need a bigger turbo and probably higher flowrate injectors to get to 350 hp as well as a chip/remap or standalone ecu?

Have a look around 034 motorsport for ideas? (hp numbers will be taken at the wheels)

I have already buy a FMIC, Sport exhaust manifold, downpipe 3", Bosch injectors 440cc, wastegate from rs2 with regulator. Next i plan to buy a fuel presure regulator, bigger turbo, chip/remap, new clutch, ...

I would do the brakes first... :-)

I will upgrade the brakes at front, to 330mm

I am building one at the moment to 450 to 500bhp. Give me a shout if you have any other questions.
