i am considering buy ing a 1985 b2 90 quattro but the only thing is that the diff lock is stuck on.how can this be fixed?any help greatfull!

How much did the owner want for the car? It will cost you a fortune to get it fixed. The differential on the audi is a pain to repair... what happend to it? Oil starvation?
might be a simple oil pressure thing.. the older system on the 90 are not electical.. hydraulic and mechanical mostly... i won't suggest you to bring it to a audi dealership, because they will charge you an arm and a leg for it.. let me check with my mechanic and see what he saids...
