aUDI 90 q 2.2 KV b3 petrol /plugs

Hi all
Just changed my spark plugs tonight on my KV engined Quattro.
Kinda concerned cos shes only giving me 15-20 mpg
Well the plugs wreak of petrol that came out, not good, so shoved my uber accurate gunson Co meter on it and now I'm confused only .6% at 900 Rpm.
Have to admit she takes her time to start but runs fine if a little sluggish when around town.
Any suggestions.. Shes on the k-jet and mileage is 135000.

No Sorry no lambda on that baby shes pre cat hence the K-jet!
