Finding out what colour it is?

I have a '97 Cabriolet and have been told it's about 3 different colour names, Ming Blue being the most popular! How can I find out for sure, must be a sticker somewhere with a code that corresponds to a list I could find somewhere?

Basically it's predominantly dark blue but when you look closely there is a metallicy purple fleck in it!

Am about to sell it so want to describe it properly

Look in the spare wheel well in the boot. Should be a sticker on the right rear side wall with engine code, chassis no, paint code, and all accessories codes.. this info should also be on the inside cover of the service booklet for the car
