3 spoke steering wheel questions...

Can anyone give me the history of this steering wheel - how rare is it? - what model Audi did it come on originally? - type of leather possibly? - What Audis will it fit? Is it rarer than the 3 spoke steering wheel with chrome Audi rings? any idea who the designer was? and anything else of interest. Love this wheel - thanks very much!!

I thought the steering wheel might be a bit rare to come by - I figured it would come on a quattro originally.

Not as rare as you would like it to be.....Brand new and in its box I'd put it at 500 notes.... secondhand, any where between 70 & 150 notes PENDING on condition...
