Can anyone tell me how you set the seat memory buttons? Also after driving for a couple hours it will start flashing 2:00h..3:00h etc. How do you make that stop?

what car is it ?

There is usually a button on the bottom of the wiper stalk, hold it in for a few seconds and it should clear

The 2:00 hr flashing thing is to reming you to take a break. To stop it flashing all you have to do is touch the button at the end of the wiper stalk (this is the one you use to scroll through the computers displays).
