ive got a 1994 90 quattro cs and the leather on the middle of the door is coming undone and getting yellow foam dust everywhere, any ideas on how to fix this?

Sounds like you will have to get the foam replaced, it perishes after time and becomes brittle. Once you get this replaced the leather should just staple back over it all. Worst case scenario is you may have to replace your leather too.
