My Mother in laws car last night been driven when the brake pedal went to the floor with the pressure light flashing, the pedal is still going to the floor either with the engine running or not, how do i discover wether the accumulators shot or is it the seals in the master cylinder, there are no signs of any leaks anywhere and the fliud levels havent dropped. If the seals go in the master cylinder will the pressure warninglight still flash?

The 1992 - 1994 used a normal vacuum assisted booster, the previous generation C3 shape used the power steering pump to get brake assist.
Your problem sounds more like the seals have gone in the master cylinder. The assistance failing would not cause the pedal to go all the way down to the floor.
