Could someone with one of these models please tell me the part number of the battery that goes in the key fob, that lights the little bulb up. Have tried every where but they wont rip open the packets to check. hope someone can help

standard watch type battery's (4 of them), any camera shop should be able to match them up..

my C4 was built in SA and fitted with a different alarm system, so I suppose that's why the battery's are different? (we need to be able to power the flame thrower...)

The battery in my 80 key is a Varta V 625 U. If you have a Maplin electronics near you they would be the best people to speak to as they have a conversion chart to match that battery make to one they have in stock (I used to work for them.)

Remember when fitting hold the battery carefully from the sides not top and bottom, as it is possible to disscharge the battery by doing so.
