£30 for Rolling road power runs only

We are now able to Map the 1.4tsi, 1.8Tfsi and 143hp 2.0Tdi, but due to costings these may cost slightly more.

Not sold those rollers then?

Not yet, but the new ones are on order. Wont be in time for this remap day but maybe the next one. Bit of info on the new ones from Simon.

"During a recent trip to the USA we decided to purchase a few new dyno`s, these are the world’s most advanced systems offering functions and features that will both aid our development and at the same time give more “fun” features for our clients.

Firstly we have purchased a state of the art locked 4wd system which is capable of running 1800hp@wheels with a reference discrepancy of only 1.5% over 20 repeated runs on a 500hp vehicle. This system will allow us to run every 4wd system, like Quattro without the worry of the rear wheels being out of sink to the fronts and so causing error reads, this will yield a much more accurate end result that is constantly repeatable.
It has some great new features which will include the ability to run your car over a simulated quarter mile before the remap is done, then once done the car can be run again, but this time against yourself before the remap was done, this will let you see the real time difference of the car after the map is completed.
The Dyno results will be fully 3D with full data acquisition as standard.

Secondly, we have purchased a Hub Dyno for development work, this has 2 benefits, 1) low footprint area allowing for more space within the workshop and 2) the ability to develop more software.

Thirdly, we have purchased an engine Dyno which will be housed in the building next door to our existing workshop, we have been looking at this workshop for a while and decided to take the plunge a few weeks ago and the contract is now complete and we will expand into this unit before Christmas.

These are the kinds of things you should advertise, they would help you no end. As a lot of people are put off by the dynos that don't do Haldex etc.

Use your section in the forum to advertise updates like this Mark, Just a suggestion.

If it was closer i would be up for it. What psi does the car run after the set up? and is it a aggresive set up?

We can map the car to how you want. A KO3 will normally run 15-16psi on a typical remap.

When you take the 2nd left on Sugarbrook road don't go left in to the first set of units, you need to carry on throught the gates and follow the road round to the left.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the remap, the car certainly feels much better now, not only stacks of acceleration but much smoother to boot, just need to keep my eye on the speedo now.

I look forward to receiving the before & after graphs whne you have them.

A big thanks to all who came on Saturday. Was a pleasure as usual.

Also just a heads up, we will be running the next day on the 7th March 2010. The new Dyno will be installed and ready to go by then and we will be able to do you all 1/4 mile runs, 0-60time and a few other niceties.
