Right Guys,

Had a couple of you last time come along to this. Had some very good results.

Basically you get a before run on the rollers. A Custom remap and after on the rollers for £250 all in.

If you have any doubts I'm sure Byzan_A4 could put your mind at rest. We took his 1.8T from around 140hp to 200hp.

Its a A3 1.8.T 8L 150bhp 2001 (y). No engine mods jus lowered,alloys,tints and light

The 150's were gaining any where between 45hp and 60hp last time.

i am pretty interested in this although i am up in manchester

i am just wondering what gains i would get from my a3 2.0 tdi.
i currently have a miltek exhaust with cat by-pass pipe and a pipercross panel filter ,on awesome's rolling road the other week i got 158.88 at the fly wheel and 142 at the wheels

I'm pretty interested in this too. I want to squeeze a little bit of power out of my a4 1.8NA i know i wont get a lot but anything would be good. Also find out if the mods i've done have made a difference good or bad.

You should seem 40-45hp and 80nm torque. So should be knocking on for 200hp at the fly

Should be a ble to squeezer another 12-25hp and 30ish nm torque.

Noooo - Im working again that weekend Will you be planning any more in the future? Also, do you have one planned for the south/south east? (London/Kent)

There are more planned, but will all be at Bromsgrove.

I'm just north of london, so you could come to me and have a remap or I can come to you.

hi mate i have a 2001 210bhp s3 would you still be doing a remap and rolling road test for £250 some time after xmas or is that just a one off price and what gains should i see,cheers dan

These will go up about 45hp and 80nm torque.

There will be another one on the 10th February. It is primarily for the VW Audi Forum, but they wont mind anyone else coming along.

A shame i don't have the money before this one..

If or when you do one in the new year.. could you rinse any horses out of 1.6 a3..?

About 10-12hp and 25nm torque. Will have a sharper throattle reponse and smooter acceleration.

Also what sort of figures for a 1.9tdi 110hp?

What can you do for a V6 3.0 TDI (233 BHP)
I can attend this Sunday as I am only in Hereford
Does the mod affect the warranty, and if it does, is it detectable when they put the car on the VAG computer?

You will get extra 40-50hp and 70-90nm torque depending on what you are after.

Now with warrenty you do not have to inform them so not telling them a car is mapped is not illegal.
They can and many will frown upon a remap even though we do remaps for many dealers on brand new cars (although at a much higher price) this is because they are told too by the manufacturer.
When we map cars however, they can not tell the car is mapped when they plug there equipment into the ecu, the reasons for this are varied but the latest plot to find work done on a new car is the clock counter, within the ecu is a counter that goes up the more times you communicate with the ecu, our equipment knocks this counter back so if you go to our tuner with a count of 3 and you have the car mapped it should go to 4 but the software knocks it back to 3.

We are very proud to be able to offer this level of security to our customers and feel it a price worth paying in our equipment costs because at the end of the day, a business grows on customer satisfaction.

Now lets move onto "if my dealer found out my car was mapped, where do i stand"

Legally the dealer can not void the warrenty, he can however say that if an item of the car breaks down prematurely "and" is the "direct" result of the remap they will reject the warrenty claim but then they "must" be able to prove this is the case and not possibly the result of wear and tear.
