What wire connects the DIS/Trip computer to the Stereo?

I have just retrofitted a Concert 2 into my 1999 A3 after having an aftermarket stereo.

I was wondering what wire connects the stereo to the DIS (trip computer on the dash - to tell you what radio station you are listening to etc) as it is currently blank.

Edit, just wondering also if this maybe a vagcom option?

No it's a CANBUS issue, your car is not CANBUS and the Concert2 is. The DIS feed is the centre connection on the top 20 pin mini ISO, but the Concert2 uses this for the CANBUS
