hi just fitted a new sony hu in my a3,the front speakers are now alot louder than the rears (factory fitted amp running them) can i turn up the amp? if not can i replace the amp,sub and speakers with out changing anything? what kind of stuff sounds good?????

No there is no adjustment on the Audi "amp", it is tiny to start with and jacked all the way up already. But you can fit an amp & sub or an active sub, the rear pre-outs are already in the boot, you can just tap the sub connector to allow you to feed them to a proper amp. The rears would be best rewired directly to the HU. Here's a link to fitting a sub:
