I will...in time upgrade my speakers in my 2002 a4 saloon as the passenger side one is starting to rattle. Can anyone recomend a good quality(not expensive) replacement?

Basically anything you fit will be an improvement on the paper cone rubbish currently in there. But you need to ensure you get 2 way components as you'll need to replace the terrible tweeters at the same time. You'll also need adapter rings as the standard speakers sit proud of the inner doorskin by about 40mm.

But I wouldn't spend more than about £80 as the feeble 2 x 20w output from the stock HU (if you have the stock HU) will limit any improvement quite considerably.
You'll also need some spare pop fasteners when replacing the door cards as they are designed to break when removing it.
