Phatbox help stopped working

Hi Installed my phatbox yesterday working fine ,removed the dms to add more music put a couple of albums on fitted back into the phatbox and nothing comes up no cdc tried several times disconnected the lead nothing
any ideas
 
Does it still work when in your PC cradle?
First suggestion is to check ALL connections.
Mine has died recently too, but it has been in two cars for around 120,000miles worth..
