steering Wheel Controls

Is there a steering wheel with audio controls compatable with my '98 SE A4?

When i had my Vauxhall Cavalier , i successfully transplanted a Vectra wheel to utilise the controls, is there a similar method for Audi?

I take it that means there is a steering wheel with controls then, tidy, maybe worth picking one up to compare
