Retrofit Freeview in 08 A4 Avant (RNS-E)

Hi,

I've just brought an Audi A4 Avant which currently has Blutooth & Satnav. I would like to retrofit a TV tuner but don't know which one to buy or how difficult to fit.

HELP!!!
