Is there a way of keeping my Standard Audi Radio and getting Digital Radio via it without changing it or making a mess of my set up?

In other words can i attach something behind what iv got?

There was never a DAB option for the A4, so anything you get would have to be a 3rd party add on. I would guess the cleanest way would be with an AUX input adaptor for the Symphony II unit shown in the picture and something like a pure highway DAB radio.

other option is to get a Freeview tuner.... not sure how it integrates with the Standard Audio, but there are several that support and integrate with the Audi RNS-E sat-nav and discreetly provide DAB (and Freeview!!)

not cheap, but worth bearing in mind!!

The freeview TV tuner does not provide DAB radio it provides DVB Audio, they are totally different things. Do not expect the freeview radio stations to stay listenable whilst moving like DAB does. It just doesn't work reliably enough to be a digital radio solution.
