Hi everyone,
im just lookin for a little help with the wireing of the bose amp and sub.
i have 2x amps, 2x 12" subs and 2x 6x9's from my previous car which i am looking to install to my 2001 S3.
i have the concert II head unit.
from what i can see the easiest way to install this would be using the bose connector in the boot, i have a high level to low level converter to connect the rct leads but i cant figure out what the wires in the red block in the boot are.
can anyone help out with what pins do what.
Thanks in advance :s3addict::salute:

If you have a red connector on the sub then you don't have Bose. The Bose connector is black. The Bose sub also has 2 x 4" drivers, whereas I'm guessing yours has a single 6.5" driver (which is the standard non Bose sub).
Here are the pinouts of the red connector, BTW you don't need to use a hi-lo converter (hideaous as they are) as you already have left & right pre-outs on the red plug as well as a remote on. You will obviously need to run power fom the battery. PM me if you need instructions on the easiest way to do this on the S3.
