want to fit my old amp to a4 without split rear seats.
wear is the best place 2 put the power lead to the battery from inside the car?
also any ideas on wear 2 put the amp.
i have bolts already welded 2 the back of the amp. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/groovy.gif

The route through the bulkhead onan A4 is through the ECU. There is a spare grommet you can use on the front of the ECU box, and from there just straight into the cabin on the drivers side. You don't have to remove the inaccessible bolt at the back of the ECU, just prise it up with the bolt still in place.

I mounted my amps on the passenger side in the boot, but fitted my CD changer in the glovebox.

thanks ill try that i did think about that way but didnt know you could open it without the last bolt.
what speakers and size have u got in yours?
