    Fitting avic x1r to a4 b5 help

I have just recently changed cars from a fiat stilo to an audi a4 and am wanting to swap my avic x1r over.

It was a nightmare getting it out the stilo as it was fitted by an ice specialist. now i have everything out i realise reinstalling it isnt going to be easy going

Anyone fitted one already? i really thought it would be plug and play...

    me again.

i have just taken the sony stereo out the a4 to have a look and the wiring and found this:

anyone have a wiring guide to show what all of these are for? I can see the rear speaker wires arent in the iso set up so will need to do something about that.

The black ISO connector is power (red/blue is perm live, brown is earth and there will be an ignition on live 3rd pin along from earth).
The brown ISO is just front speakers
The multi coloured connector is CD changer/DIS/rear pre-outs
    Blue is CD changer
Green is DIS - display on dash
Yellow is rear pre-outs to feed the feeble rear amp bolted to the left deck speaker

You really don't need to use the pre-out part, just wire the rears directly to the new HU as the 2x20w rear amp will be totally overpowered by the fronts running off the HU.
The big red connector with 2 wires on it is illumination and earth, so that the stock HU dims with the dash lights.
Here's the original schematic for the stock radio:

B5's aren't CANBUS so you can ditch the emulator.
