help changer problems

Hi all recently did some work on my b7 a4 and had the battery disconected for a day when I connected it back up everything was fine till I noticed my disk changer in glovebox was playing up...It worked perfectly before but now the lights keep flashing on it and it wont eject or let me load a cd...anyone know whats wrong with it and how I can fix this???

I'd try disconnecting and reconnecting it before doing anything else. It's probably just got confused.

I have tried that still seems to be confused...any other advice guys or should I ditch the changer and get an ipod connection...

would I be rite in thinking the ipod controls will run through my RNS-E?
If so can anyone post a link of which lead I will need to buy
