My mate in work has a a3 2004 3dr,with a chorus h/unit,he has a problem with the radio reception cutting out but only for a sec ,any ideas?.Also he has a blown speaker in the back,what size are they and are there any good deals on aftermarket ones?,also how hard to swap,i have changed my 8L 5 dr ones,but not sure on the later 3dr.Cheers Andy

Is it just the radio that cuts out or is it the same on all sources?
The 8P speakers are all 6.5" IIRC. You don't really need a good deal as you can get cheap Alpine ones or similar for about £30, which will be infinately better than the Isophon crap Audi fit. I'm assuming he doesn't have the Blose "upgrade".
