The Concert is made by Matsushita (Panasonic), so you can go for Panasonic DP9060/61 but will need a harness adapter (about £25).
There are many adapters available for other makes including Alpine & Sony. Have a look at carauiodirect.co.uk they do packages for Audi's, or get a cheap one off ebay and buy the relevant adapter from them.
