Anyone installed a dension Gateway and successfully installed Bluetooth module. I have just had it all fitted professionally in my A3 with Concert HU and cannot answer or make calls, though my phone is connected! Help!

I fitted mine to Navplus CD and it works fine, sorry if that isn't much help. Can only suggest you go back to professionals and ask them to try again. Only caveat is that Dension instructions are very, very minimal.
