Fitting Wiring Kit for EXTRA Amp? Easy? Drilling?

Hi all,
Just a quick question, i'm trying to fine a rubber gromet under the hood where i could pass the power cable for my amp through with some difficulty, i'm sure i did however read on here that there was an access point which cables were already going down, but cannot find it as yet, Any tips would be most helpful?
