Hi all can someone advise me on a connection for my ipod in an A3 8P with concert II headunit (single cd head?). Been looking on ebay and it's all a bit confusing as I don't have the right part number.

Also what connector is in the back of my HU is it 12 pin quadlock or 20 pin ISO?

My concert II has a 20 pin connector on the back, the cd changer pins are free along with a few others if the stereos standard IE no After market changer fitted

I think all the 8P models are quadlock. 20 pin mini ISO is 8L

Mines a 2004 and according to the website it reckons it's 20 pin ISO. What do you reckon to the actual products tho? are they both equal or is one better than the other?

They're identical, all you are doing is providing an AUX IN for the HU via the CD changer input and fooling the HU into thinking it has a changer attached.
