Whats your ICE ?

In an effort to tempt me with my sportback, what improments have you made to your ICE ? I'm toying with the idea of a Kenwood DOuble din unit and replaceing the front speakers and fitting a different sub ( probably the JL 6.5)

What speakers did you go for and how easy are they to change ? I was looking towards Rainbow or maybe even Hertz. Also I've seen that some of the BOSE systems are only amped rear and sub, is there an easy way to tell and where is the amp hidden ?

Blaupunkt DAB54 HU, Alpine 6.5" components up front, Alpine V12 F400 powering fronts and JL Audio 6.5" sub, rears standard running off the HU.
All Bose systems are completely amped, there are none that just amp the rears & sub. All non-Bose systems run the fronts off the HU and amp the rears and sub.

Sounds good, I just need to buy some bits, I never asked does your sub box fit in the 8p sportback ?
