A3 8P Sport Head Unit MP3/USB/iPod

Basically:

Can I connect up an MP3/USB/iPod/Memory Stick/Head Phone output into this stereo via any means?

The stereo doesn't play MP3 CDs if that helps ID the model I have. I shall try and identify it shortly.

Any cables at the back which would be suitable? I'm guessing a Headphone Output from a player would be the most likely solution to work. Any would be ideal.

Other via-able solutions to listen to MP3 players in car?

Gateway 100, Gateway 300, Ice>Link Family. Sounds all good.

Most seem to offer iPod Connections. Guess I'm after USB. No doubt what I have isn't compatable (new Sony USB kit) but then again a simple Aux Out would suffice.
