Concert II silver trim removable?

Is the silver trim on a Concert II removable?
Have the option to get one for my B5 and want one without the trim to hopefully match existing look.

Straight answer yes. I did the opposite I removed my sliver trim from my concert II to put on my Kenwood.
But I have no idea if a concert II will fit in a B5 slot, also you will have to get a canbus emulator to make to make the concert II work properly with the B5.

I have seen a B5 with a concertII in so thought it was a stright swap - will need to check it out now.
