Glovebox CD changer lead

Hi
I have just managed to install a cd changer in the clovebox of my 2004 A4 130 Sport Avant. I ended up using a spare lead to connect the changer to the HU. Please can anyone give me a clue where the original loom cd changer cable is hidden, as I can't find the connector behind the glovebox. This will then allow the HU to light up, everything works ok using the new cable though.

i always thought the cable came out in the left hand side of the boot, certainly does on earlier models although i'm happy to be put right as i don't have much experience of the B6
