double din head unit

can anybody out there help me. i've bought a kenwood double din head unit to put in my s3 2002 52 plate to replace the double din symphony that came with the car. but i cant find a stockist who supplies the facia adapter, for my year of car they only supply single din adapters then 2003 onwards the double din adapter has rounded corners at the top and slightly to wide. please help.

Iirc the double din surrond for an A4 fits with a bit of trimming, remember it from a car puter install in this ice forum a while ago,

Iam back to the land of the living. I have the A4 facia adapter still in its wrapper so I will carefully trim it to size like the photos you showed.
