Symphony 2 stereo won't turn on

Hi All, anyone have any experience of a Stereo working fine one day then not at all the next? Very weird, I haven't tried removing it, the fuse looks OK and the display looks like it is faintly back-lit.

I've tried turning it on & off lots of times, but nothing on the display (nor on the computer). Pressing CD/FM/TAPE etc does nothing either.

Any suggestions would be welcome!
