Hi guys,

Just a quick query about this unit - is it better than the OEM Audi unit at all? Also, does it display track information on the screen at all or is it still playlist-based?

It is better in the fact that you can unlock the Ipod controls with it, and that's about it. Other than that it is the same.

How do you unlock the ipod controlls? Someone said CD6 but that dont work for me

Select CD6 and this gives you access to the Dension menu via the FF and RW buttons on your car stereo, cycle through till the I-Pod displays 'Access I-Pod UI' and press and hold the FF button on the RNS-E, this puts it into I-Pod UI mode.

Mmm, tried that and I accessed the menu, but when I went to select I-Pod UI mode by holding down FF & RNS nothing happened?
