Hi, a mate of mine has just bought an X-reg 8L A3 and wants to install his Sony MP3 head unit. Does anyone know if there is an adaptor available (and if so where from) which will enable the HU to control the Audi 6-disc changer in the boot?
No, there are adaptors that let a Sony changer talk to the Audi HU but not the other way round. Tell him to sell it on ebay for £100 and buy a decent changer that also plays MP3 CD's.
