whining coming from speakers

i get a whining from my speakers, i just changed the sub to a jl 6 wo and that fine, changed the rear to tr650cxi (coax) and front to jl vr525csi (comp) the run off a jl e4300, do you think it picking up alternator/ fuel pump and i should fit a ground loop isolator to cut out the noise.

i've found that using a line driver and turning down the gain on the amp usually does the trick.
 
Try grounding the chassis of the HU first with a chunky short earth lead. Try different places on the cars chassis behind the glovebox.
