Wondering if anyone can give me the heads up on what i need regarding taking out Orignal Head unit in my A4 1998 (Audi Gamma) and installing Alpine Head Unit

A guide needed what to do with Fitting a Alpine Head unit in my A4

You'll need:
Fascia adapter
Antenna amp
Wiring adapter (RCA input or speaker input for rear speaker amp), or rewire the rears and bypass the amp - recommended
HU removal keys
If you don't want to chop any wiring then a male & female power ISO harness maybe needed so you can swap the ignition on with perm live. If the Alpine has it's own harness then you can just swap them over on that to save chopping the Audi loom.
DIS display and CD changer won't work (if you have one).
