I have my car mounted near my A pillar for sat nav use, and want to run a charger cable discreetly under the panels to come out by the shelf under the light switch.To do this I simply need to extend the 12v connector, but as it's going to be connected most of the time, so I'd rather keep the point of connection hidden.So I want to split the existing 12v two ways, leave the original port as it is and add another hidden connection. Can I simply do this by tapping into the existing wiring and connecting another hidden 12v socket inline? Or will the draw of both ports on the same cabling cause issues?There's plenty of eBay 2/3 way sockets so you can pull more than one socket per OEM cabling. But I'm unsure if there is more to these multi sockets then meet the eye?Thanks in advance
