The standard amp on the rear speakers of a '98 B5 - any reason it would not cope with a pair of 2ohm speakers?

A4 B5 standard rear amp - is it 2ohm stable?

some of the speakers which were fitted are actually 2 ohms
but i wouldnt reccomend putting 2 ohm speakers on an amp thats only 4 ohm stable it will break it quite quickly

It's the non Bose setup, so I can only assume the speakers are 4ohm?
I have acquired a pair of the Bose rear 'subs' which are 2ohm which I want to use to replace the standard speakers as my HU has an option for a low pass filter and bass booster on the rear speaker output.
