retrofit rnse mkII

i have a 2009 A3 black edition with the bose sound system from the concert head unit, the car has the oem audi bt bluetooth and the ipod cradle in the glove box, i want to retrofit the rnse, would all these functions still be available? if not what would i need to keep al these, also what adaptor do i need to charge ipod/iphone using the cradle?
i have seen some units on ebay that i am interested in, offering 12 months warranty are these units safe to use?
the car also has DIS and a sharkfin on the roof.

If its installed & coded correctly, then yes you will maintain systems & be enhanced.

We offer a supply/fit service for the rns-e's if interested.

Also note, after 45 days, the warranty becomes impossible to enforce as paypal only give you this period to claim for any issues, ebay sellers offer 1-3 years warranty & as some of my clients have found, this warranty magically disappears after this 45 day period, I know this for sure as I've had to replace/repair units clients have bought of ebay.
