Blade fuses - HELP

Somewhere in my dim and distant past I recall seeing a blade fuse with an accessory tab on it.

It seems to me that they are an easy way of tapping into a live supply and provided the accessory itself is fused correctly, safe.

Trouble is that I cannot seem to buy one anywhere!!!

Can anybody help?

sounds a bit yee-haa to me. why not just run a feed from the fusebox? It probably easier to get to if the fuse blows too..

That said, I am not sure I understand!!
Surely, it is "just a feed from the fuse box", just the front and not the back.
As such, if the fuse blows it is just like changing any other fuse.
