what to do with my head unit (up-grade ideas)

hi all iv got a 2003 a4 with this head unit:


now there is a line of pixels gone straight threw the middle so it need replacing, so as iv not got a clue as to wht head units audi do im asking u guys for options,

i have a few things i need from head unit:
cd player
radio dab if possible
aux/usb input for my iphone (does not need to be hands free) just so i can play my tunes when radio is crap
still show up on my dash display too

so please chaps witch std audi head unit to look at
